Caroline & Dan were incredibly relaxed on the day and took the excitement and anticipation in their stride. The weather was kind, despite a deluge of rain during the drive between the service and Langar and the sun that emerged during the later afternoon was absolutely stunning for the bride and groom portraits. The team at Langar, led by Pascal, were fantastic as usual, the guests were well looked after and remarked on the quality of the food and service. The evening reception was especially memorable with Dan’s father performing the opening music set with his band and later Dan’s brother played an acoustic session. What a talented family! Later in the evening, I was reminded how hard it is to take pictures whilst you are laughing uncontrollably, when the dance-off commenced! I was convinced a couple of them were ‘ringers’ but nonetheless it was highly entertaining! Congratulations Caroline & Dan!

Here are a few of my favourite images from Caroline and Ian’s wedding at Hemswell Court in Lincolnshire a few days before Christmas. It was a fantastic day, the ceremony was candle-lit and very atmospheric, Caroline had done a great job with the details on the tables for the meal and they braved the chilly weather for some dusk video-light shots!
